He is very meticulous and knowledgeable. He cleaned a PEN INK stain like it was nothing. Not only a carpet looks better, but is also not soaked and properly dried.

He cleaned my car in all tiny spots and vacuumed my dog hair. You'll never guess that someone who smoked 3-4 cigarettes an hour is driving that car. It smells so well and it looks like new.

I highly recommend you give it a try. He has affordable prices and he doesn't judge you for your mess.

I initially contacted Alex a few months ago and he helped me on the phone with a stain on the carpet. He didn’t take payment because it was phone support.
The previous person we used who had a two hour drying time, was okay but extremely expensive. He was also going to charge extra for a minimal callout.
I remembered Alex’s kindness and as we’ve had work done to our house, there are just A few areas which require required his attention. Alex was punctual, friendly and was keen to do an excellent job. He explains everything and the reasons why he uses particular products and his choice of machine. We are very happy with his service and will be definitely using him again In the future. His prices are very affordable. He doesn’t like to overcharge. When he is next free, I will ask him to do some upholstery cleaning on the sofas.
